Job Description

Responsibilities

Review and interpret ongoing business report requirements.

Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.

Develop optimized queries as and where required from complex queries.

Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.

Research and fetch the required data from DB using simple/medium/complex queries.

Build appropriate and useful reporting deliverables.

Good knowledge of debugging application code, hands on expertise over deriving the logic from the code.

Provide timely scheduled management reporting.

Investigate exceptions with regard to asset movements.

Develop high-quality database solutions.

Use SQL Server to develop and implement procedures and functions.

Requirements

Degree Master In Computer Science or relevant degree.

Proven 7-8 years of experience as an SQL Developer or similar role.

Excellent understanding of SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Analysis Services and SSIS.

Critical thinker and a team player.

Good time-management skills and problem-solving skills.

Great interpersonal and communication skills.
