Job Description
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Manage small to medium scale projects (less than 1500 Hours efforts) with a timeline of 3-6 months
- Plan, control and execute project requirements following Eaton-prescribed process (PRO Launch) to ensure business objectives are met.
- Responsible for flawless execution of multiple projects (3-5) in parallel across geographies primarily leveraging agile/waterfall methodology
- Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for project team members functional and technical.
- Develop project plans including detailed work breakdown structures and critical path. Work with customers and IT technical resources to develop project schedule, detailed cost breakdowns and report on progress and variance during project course.
- Establish project budget, track spend and communicate current and project burn rates
- . Perform risk management planning, risk identification and mitigation. Ensuring sign-off on all major system deliverables by stakeholders.
- Develop communication strategies and lead communications with key stakeholders. Share weekly status updates to customers, business and IT stakeholders.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time with quality within scope and budget.
- Involves working in a highly matrix organization spanning domestic and international locations.
- Document and drive issues through resolution, escalations to customer, supplier and IT management as necessary.
- Responsible for applying business knowledge and best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively lead business process improvement workshops conducted by functions to identify process issues and standardize prior to automation
- Continue to act as business liaison even after Go Live of automation with an intent to enhance and improve business relationships
- Work with the Automation Business Analysts, Designers, Resource Managers, Developers and Support Admin resources as one team.
