Job Description

  • Oversee daily work processes, devise departmental strategies, manage the infrastructure and employees and plan the finances and budget of the facility. 
  • Take Responsibility for the hospital's fiscal performance and the welfare of patients.
  • Managing the recruitment, training, and performance of hospital staff.
  • Act as a liaison between staff, management, and patients.
  • Design and implement short, medium, and long term goals for health facilities.
  • Formulate operational budgets and strategies for each department.
