We require a DGM Operations/Plant Head for a leading food manufacturing co at Hosur,TN
Post: DGM Operations/Plant Head
Location: Hosur,Tamil Nadu
Experience: FROM FOOD INDUSTRIES ONLY & MUST
Should handle independently entire workforces along with supporting departments like Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Logistics, R&D, Maintenance, Utility etc.
- Strategy Planning & System implementation as per Management directions.
- Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of workflow.
- Ensure all machines and facilities are in place and the installation of all equipment are proper.
- Ensure optimal level of Plant performance and administer the workforce and assist to design all continuous improvement activities and maintain process control.
- Ensure operation team to implement all business goals through appropriate lean manufacturing methodology.
- Ensure achievement of all customer commitments as per the plans.
- Maintain efficient quality of products within required specs.
- Close interaction with Sales Team and deliver the products in time as per their requirements for domestic and export.
- Laisoning with Govt. Departments for obtaining necessary Certifications and approvals whenever required.
- Coordinating the audit of certification / licencing agencies like AGMARK, EIA, FSSAI, ISO22000, etc.
- Work on cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Team building and create good working atmosphere for all.
- MIS Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly based on Management requirement
- Overall management of the plant with all industrial norms
Educational Qualification: B. Tech (Food Technology)
Experience: Minimum 15 years experience as Operations Head/Plant Head from any Food Manufacturing companies.
CTC: Maximum Gross up to 18 LPA based on your current CTC
