Designation - Talent Acquisition Executive

Qualification - Any Graduate/Post Graduate(Preference Only to Pass-out Candidate)

Gender - Both Male & Female

Experience - 1Year to 3Year

Number of vacancy - 8

Key Skills - Communication Skills, Knowledge of recruitment techniques, Portals, Negotiable, Convincing, Smart work, Target oriented, leadership, Managment Skills, Basic knowlege of - {excel, word, powerpoint presentation, ATS}, Hands-on experience in industry-specific recruitment, In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates, Working knowledge of the industry, Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards, Active listening skills, Planning skills, Learning skills, Relationship-building skills, Empathy and social skills, Analytical skills, Tech skills, Social media skills, Multitasking skills.

Current package - upto1.40LPA to 3.50L( No Bar on salary)
