Job Description

Responsibilities:

Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals
Meeting or exceeding sales targets
Cross-selling different products
Keeping accurate records of sales and customer interactions
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
Scaling the teams to newer goals
Leading, managing and motivating teams to grow sales
Understanding PNL requirements and balancing multiple metrics on a large scale.
Developing relevant processes to make sure the portfolio scales up sustainably.
Focus on automating redundant tasks continuously.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience in the technology industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Experience with CRM software
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, technology)
Familiarity with the company's products and services
Experience in working on product-related features
