Preference to NISM Certified VA candidates.

. Timely servicing of Mutual fund queries from the sales team.

. Must be able to coordinate with cross functional teams like MF Operations, Tech Operations and contact centre.

. Should be a good presenter and able to give training to our Business partners on Mutual Fund and MF Platform.

. Should be efficient in customer service.
