- Acting as the conduit between technical teams and business stakeholders for business and technical
  clarity
- Writing Business Specifications/User Stories/Epics
- Evaluating business processes, analysing business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and
  developing functional specifications
- Interacting with various business stakeholders, conducting meetings and presentations to discuss/capture
  requirements, ideas and findings and documenting and communicating the outcomes.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Defining necessary acceptance criteria for various types of testing
- Representing end users in ensuring functional and non-functional quality in the deliverables
Candidate Should also know:
- 5 Years (With BFSI domain knowledge preferred)
- Analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems
  Individuals skilled in the general insurance domain (Motor / Health / Property / Fire / Marine / Re-Insurance
  Lines of Business)
- Background in handling IT projects/Software development
- Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)/Agile Methodologies
- Good communication and analytical skills
