Writing Business Specifications/User Stories/Epics
Evaluating business processes, analysing business requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing functional specifications
Interacting with various business stakeholders, conducting meetings and presentations to discuss/capture requirements, ideas and findings and documenting and communicating the outcomes.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Defining necessary acceptance criteria for various types of testing
Representing end users in ensuring functional and non-functional quality in the deliverables
Candidate Should also know:
5 Years (With BFSI domain knowledge preferred)
Analyzing and solving increasingly complex problems Individuals skilled in the general insurance domain (Motor / Health / Property / Fire / Marine / Re-Insurance Lines of Business)
Background in handling IT projects/Software development
Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)/Agile Methodologies
Good communication and analytical skills
