Job Responsibilities & Duties of Travel Advisor:

1. Planning & customizing Travel packages for Business & Holiday purposes.
2. Understanding & Determining travelers needs and preferences, such as schedule & budget.
3. Provide customers with detailed information about the various travel destinations and services available
4. Promoting and marketing the business with positive customer feedback & by creating memorable trips.
5. Ensuring proper customer service by efficiently handling customer queries and complaints.
6. Doing reservations for Travel, hotels, land transfers, Flights etc
7. Making alternative Travel arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
8. Giving travel advice about local weather conditions, customs, and attractions.
9. Achieving desired monthly targets & striving hard towards maximum conversions.
10. Make personalized recommendations based on customer requirements
11. Monitor changes in travel regulations, prices, routes, and accommodation availability
12. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire process.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 02 years experience as a Travel Advisor or similar role
2. In depth knowledge of various travel destinations and services
3. Excellent customer service skills
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel)
6. Outstanding organizational skills
