Creation of curriculum for the various courseware of Model School - mainly Maths, Communicative English,
Science.
Training the facilitators to ensure that delivery teachers are trained to the required level.
Observing the schools periodically to evaluate that delivery is as per desired quality
Developing curriculum for newer domains
Interacting with Block officers to understand the training needs of Facilitator s
Evaluation of facilitators learning through pre and post-tests
Assisting the Project team to raise the level of training in various ways.
Delivering and overseeing the training of Facilitators
Conduct field level visits to monitor program quality using the classroom observation formats.
Ensure that monthly progress report, quarterly progress reports are prepared and shared in a timely manner
with the PH/DPH.
Maintain a good record of the training modules, case studies, individual project assignments, assessments and
other related training materials
Relationship Management Reports to Deputy Project Head
Direct reportees: Assistant manager and other key resources
Maintain good relationship inter and intra interventions / projects in the organization
Team Development and Supervision:Lead and guide the team in accomplishing set goals in time
Guide and mentor team and bring in inclusive practices
Provide mentorship for the team and provide guidance in career progress and self-development
