Hello Candidate, Greetings from Hungry Bird IT Consulting Services Pvt. Ltd!! We're hiring Business Head Sales for our client. Desire Candidates Profiles:- Experience: Min. 15 years in Commercial Vehicles (Preferred OEMs)
- Key Words: Trucks, Tippers, Buses, Heavy Vehicles, Commercial
- Qualification: Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Civil
- Age: 40 50 (Not beyond)
- Job Location: Hyderabad
- Topography & Travel: Telangana & AP, Travel required 10-15 days/month (local or districts)
- Notice Period: 15-30 days (Immediate Joiners preferred)
- Salary: Best in Industry
- Vehicle: 4 Wheeler
- Travel Allowance
- Mandatory: Laptop, Sim card etc.
- Develop and implement the sales strategy aligned with the overall business objectives and market conditions.
- Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Directs and monitors all dealership management or supervisory personnel functions and completes formal performance evaluations of all department managers at regularly scheduled intervals.
- Plans dealership operations for the coming year and submits to the dealer for approval.
- Meets with the comptroller/office manager monthly to review departmental forecasts for consistency with the annual forecast.
- Meets with managers individually to develop monthly and annual goals and objectives, and to review actual performance.
- Monitors the daily operating control (DOC), recommending improved courses of action where necessary.
- Provides dealer with accurate weekly reports on the financial condition of the dealership.
- Ensures that the monthly financial statement is complete, accurate and submitted on time to the factory.
- Develops and maintains a good working relationship with lending institutions and manufacturer personnel.
- Strong knowledge of the Construction Equipment, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry knowledge and experience related to the organization's products or services.
