Job Description

* will be responsible for complete email communication to sales team (each request to be responded for BRN, pickup and delivery replies), entire paperwork including E Waybill and DC copies

* shall be responsible for MIS management & accurate reporting

* shall be able to give required data as and when required

* should manage end to end communication with sales team & warehouse team

* should manage communication with Criticalog spokes for operations and proper eway bill closure/updation.

* can be assigned other responsibilities regarding reverse Logistics as per business requirements

* Fluent English Mandatory
