 B2B Sales Executive- Logistics

Job Description

Job Summary:  The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and reporting results to management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases, and communicate these insights to the sales and marketing teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and other sales tools, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo
  • Knowledge of sales best practices and techniques, including consultative selling and objection handling
  • Passion for B2B sales and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
