Job Description
We are urgently hiring a skilled Civil Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in contracting organizations and site execution. Join our dynamic team in Moshi and contribute to the successful execution of construction projects. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction projects on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with professionals to develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Address challenges during construction and implement effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and personnel.
- Prepare progress reports and updates for clients and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven 5-8 years of experience in contracting organizations and site execution.
- Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools.
- Valid professional engineering license preferred.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
