Job Description

To generate revenue for the organization by the means of conversion of inactive clients to active clients by sorting out their problems.
Prepares and maintains MIS on daily basis of the productivity i.e. number of calls done and how many of the clients were interested and forward it to the senior.
Providing clients with sound knowledge regarding the products of the company and convincing them to opt for activation of their accounts.
Draft a report regarding the number of discontent clients because of inefficient services and forwarding it to superior on daily basis
