Teleperformance is hiring For Quality Analyst for inbound voice process


Location : Malad (Work from office)


Day Shift / 2 rotational Weekly off


Candidate should have minimum 1 year on paper experience as as quality analyst.


Candidates should aware about,

What is the build up for on floor TNI

What is the feedback methodology used

What is the method used to manage BQM
What are the QC tools

What is the PIP turn around time


Salary up to 5 Lakhs PA
