Home Loan Sales Manager

Weekend Working & Week day one off

• Generate business from developer by providing home loan facilities.
• Increasing sales by offering best financing scheme for the customers.
• Assisting customers in terms of their eligibility as per various bank criteria for financing their Flats.
• Helping in closing the deals by briefing about the payment plans of Flats to customers.
• Coordinating with bank for home loan sanction of customers.
• Coordinating bank for Disbursements.
• Approvals of schemes & financial product with various Nationalize and Private Banks and NBFCs.
• Approved Project File from various banks.
• Weekly Bankers Meeting for speeding sanction and disbursements TAT.
• Sending reports to cluster manager for sanction and disbursement records.
