PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide clients with information relating to smoke alarm legislations in various states and territories.
* Provide quotes and information to clients relating to upgrading their smoke alarm system.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAS:
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Freshers with good communication in English & Hindi can also apply
Languages known: English & Hindi
Shift: Females - 8 a.m to 9 p.m working window { any 9 hour shift during this window }
Males - 24/7 { rotational shifts }
Salary: 18.5K { inhand }
Allowance: 4000 { INR, for relocating in Bangalore, one time payout after training }
Week offs: One rotational
Cab: Both end
Location: Bangalore
