NPI Engineer

Exp- 1 to 2 years

Np- 15days to Immediate

Location- Haryana Gurgaon

Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders and the external supplier base

Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, Redmond Dev

Provide leadership, direction and strategy, and make operational decisions cost/benefit analysis with key stakeholders and partners

Maintain and follow-up on action plan(s)

Develop documentation to support production (work instructions, flow charts, procedures, routings, product labels)

Ensure compliance to New Product Introduction (NPI) Phase Review Guideline

Actively participate in design reviews and provide input to new electronic circuit designs obsolescence redesigns

Play a major role in implementing Lean Manufacturing within the plant

Be a key player in resolving yield issues

Project manage product enhancements from design divisions
