Position Title: Business Development Manager for B2B international.
Reports To: CEO Position
Summary: Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Presales, Business Development
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation through cold calling, social media outreach, account-based sales, and content marketing to a target audience comprising of CFOs, CEOs, and mid-senior management prospects (Biggest Responsibility)
- Target audience is based in USA, UK and Canada primarily in real estate, logistics and retail verticals
- Research and develop prospect list using LinkedIn and industry databases
- Complete Request for Information(RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP)
- Build relevant sales and marketing content including case studies, web-content, sales documents etc.
- Build inroads to industry associations and industry intermediaries
- Coordinate with third-party sales support services such as inside sales executives
- Miscellaneous Pre-Sales and Sales related activities

- Should have excellent spoken English skills with clarity and persuasiveness
- Go-getter attitude to pursue sales targets and leads
- Perseverance and Hard-working
- Extrovert with good interpersonal skills to develop client relationships
- Should have Good Written Communication Skills including composing emails with proper structure, grammar and tone
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a dynamic fast-growing company
- Patience as our industry has significant sales lead time
- Should be willing to work in partial night shifts (3pm to 11.30pm)
- Should have personal vehicle
Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
- 3-6 years relevant experience after graduation in pre-sales/sales role involving lead generation, cold-calling, sales meetings in a B2B context
- Industry Experience in IT Companies, KPOs, BPOs and other B2B service industries
- Excellent Spoken English Skills Graduate Degree in any vocation
- Should have personal conveyance(transport)
Desirable (Not Mandatory): MBA/BBA/ BBM/B.Com preferred. However other streams can also apply as long as the have B2B sales experience

SALARY: CTC ranges from INR 4,20,000 - 6,00,000 annually Attractive Target Linked Incentives (This includes PF & excludes Target Linked Incentives)
