Job Description

• Ensure adherence to external and internal quality and security standards (HIPPA / HITECH /ISO).
• Timely intervention to improve quality.
• Proficient in preparing Day-to-Day report, Week end report, month end report, coding profile
  Report, Daily quality report, and monthly quality report. Manage the delivery of services and
  PL
• Production planning monthly, weekly and daily queue management, movement of resource
  on need basis.
• Guide Operations on functional aspects of coding and endeavor to improve coding standards in the team and Manage high Customer Satisfaction Level
• Taking actions based on feedback from Clients satisfaction
• Reviewing the Trend on weekly basis and analyzing the reasons if there is any deviation
• Manage the overall performance management of the team

Job Specification

• Should have multispeciality coding experience
• Knowledge in CDI will be an added advantage
• Medical coding certification through either AAPC or AHIMA: CPC/COC/CIC/CCS.
• Strong understanding of healthcare principles and concepts.
• Good at creating SOPs Process mapping.
• Strong Client interaction and Management Skills.
• Good Communication Skills, Analytical Skills and Interpersonal Skills
