TCS IS HIRING FOR Service Desk Admin



Role: Service Desk Admin

Required Technical Skill Set :Service now, desktop support, helpdesk

Experience Range: 3-6 yrs(Relevant)

Location: Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune


JD:


Technical Service Desk:


  • Service Desk experience
  • L1 & L1.5 experience (12+ months)
  • Desktop Support L1 & L1.5 experience (preferable)
  • Remote Access troubleshooting experience (Microsoft suite of applications, Desktop Application, VPN, Citrix, VDI & Multifactor Authentication)
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow (reporting, analytics, dashboard creation, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
    Provide 24x7 Manager on Duty (MOD) to handle Outages, Escalation and Status Updates, for Priority Incidents, and Service Requests

Additional Information:


  • The role involves dealing with various incoming requests, single user issues incidents, troubleshooting and data analytics for all business partner support areas and requires a highly technical individual with analytical skills.
  • The analyst will be responsible for areas such as resolving technical incidents, processing service requests, process reviews/enhancements, customer satisfaction, mailbox monitoring & documentation/knowledge review/updates.
  • Expected to develop a comprehensive knowledge of the relevant applications and become a subject matter expert (SME) in their discipline.
  • Must be capable of working independently or as part of a team, possess excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and have the ability to work proactively.
