We at CitiusTech are hiring for HL7 - Business Analyst Role.

Experience  : - 5 7 Years

As a Technical Lead HL7 , you will be part of an agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Gathering requirements, performing technical analysis, and creating data analysis documentations, and in addition, provide support by troubleshooting issues and translating to the interface development team
• Analyze, Organize, and evaluate Analyzing, organizing, and evaluating healthcare data gathered from RIS/EMR systems
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest solutions to bridge gap between data and standard specifications for healthcare data migrations
• Work with SMEs and stakeholders in understanding the requirements and providing suggestions
• Work with high paced and challenging environment
• Assist Devs and QAs with reviewing test cases and ensuring appropriate quality of data is sent to downstream systems 

Education

• Engineering Degree - BE / BTech / BCS
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory Skills

• Should have experience in HL7, Order workflow (Radiology preferred), Mirth
• Should be comfortable working in night shit time 6PM to 3AM IST
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills - both written and oral

Desired Skills

• JavaScript, Requirements gathering, preparing technical specs
• Familiarity with RIS/HIS/EMR is a plus
• Ability to query and review data in SQL preferred
• Experience with Mirth Connect, HL7 Interfaces, SQL Server is must whereas, JavaScript and FHIR technology is preferred
• Proficient in ADT, ORM, ORU messages. Additionally, DFT and FHIR are preferred as well
