• It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors/ Agents through your own references.
• Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life Insurance sales.

 

Perks : -

** This will be on role job with fixed SALARY + INCENTIVES.**

** On spot Selection + Fastrack Promotion + National/ International Trips.**

 

Advisors can get commission on their sales.

Candidates should have atleast 1 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build his own team.

 

Qualification : - Graduate/Post Graduate
