Job Position - ARDM (Agency Recruitment & Development Manager & Relationship Manager (Direct Channel)

 

Location - Chandigarh

** On spot Selection + Fastrack Promotion + National/ International Trips.**

 

Roles & Responsibility -

• It is a team Handling role. Building your own team of life Advisors/ Agents through your own references.
• Continuously train & Motivating the team to drive Life Insurance sales.

 

Agency Channel - Advisors can get commission on their sales.
                            Candidates should have atleast 1 years of experience in Field sales & should be able to build his own team.
                            Meeting customers/ agents during sales visits.
                            Help advisor in lead generation.

 

Direct Channel - Work on customer leads provided by company.
                           Meet with customer appointment basis to close lead.

 

Qualification : - Graduate/Post Graduate
