6. Provide technical input to support sales activities and presentations.
7. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring that both technical and commercial terms are favorable.
8. Ensure that the terms of contracts are compliant with both legal and organizational standards.
9. Monitor contract performance and ensure that project deliverables meet agreed technical and commercial expectations.
10. Assist in the management of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
11. Track project progress and ensure that technical issues are addressed promptly to avoid delays.
12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
13. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction with both the technical and commercial aspects of the projects.
14. Act as a liaison to resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by clients.
15. Provide ongoing support and solutions to meet clients' evolving needs.
16. Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
17. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients by analyzing market needs.
18. Help define pricing strategies based on technical and market data to ensure competitiveness.
19. Identify potential risks associated with both the technical and commercial aspects of a project.
20. Propose and implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks and ensure project success.
21. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, industry standards, and safety regulations.
