Job Description
- Customer service: Help customers with their gold loan needs, including explaining product details and suggesting schemes
- Lead generation: Find new customers through marketing, cold calls, and references
- Loan processing: Ensure that loans are disbursed on time, and that the loan process is executed smoothly
- Gold valuation: Ensure that the gold is valued correctly, and that the loan amount is calculated accurately
- File management: Ensure that all files are received, stored, and updated correctly
- Interest collection: Follow up with customers to ensure that interest is paid on time
- Credit appraisal: Assess whether applicants qualify for loans, and sanction loans as per policy
- Reporting: Prepare reports on the branch's performance, and track and control the team's performance
