Number of Positions: 2 Year of Experience: 9-10 Years Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior PeopleSoft Manufacturing and Cost Accounting Consultant with a minimum of 9 years of expertise. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP solutions, specializing in manufacturing processes, cost accounting, and end-to-end ERP implementations. This role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities ERP Implementation and Support: Lead and manage PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and support for manufacturing and cost accounting modules. Process Design and Optimization: Analyze client requirements to design, configure, and implement efficient manufacturing workflows and cost accounting processes. Integration and Customization: Develop and implement customizations, integrations, and reports to align PeopleSoft modules with organizational needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, cross-functional teams, and business leaders to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Data Management and Reporting: Oversee data migration, validation, and reporting to maintain data integrity and provide actionable insights. System Enhancements: Identify areas for system improvement, recommend best practices, and implement enhancements to optimize ERP performance. Training and Documentation: Deliver training to end-users, prepare comprehensive documentation, and provide ongoing technical support. Compliance and Audits: Ensure compliance with financial and operational regulations while performing audits and reconciliations. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 9 years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Manufacturing and Cost Accounting modules. Technical Skills: Expertise in PeopleSoft application development tools (PeopleTools, Application Engine, Component Interface, etc.). Strong understanding of PeopleCode, SQL, and integration tools (e.g., Integration Broker). Experience with workflows, interfaces, and customizations in PeopleSoft. Functional Skills: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, BOM, WIP, and inventory management. Proficiency in cost accounting principles, including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost allocation. Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.
