    Job Description Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Messaging Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Telecom networks, Messaging Applications, Cloud Technologies . You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, architecting, developing and integrating Rich Communication Services to enhance messaging capabilities. Strong analytical and logical skills, along with excellent communication, are key for success in this role. Responsibilities Understanding new requirements/charters and analysis Leads discussions with cross functional teams and stake holders to evaluate feasibility, technical specifications, cost-benefit analysis, etc. Define the software architecture roadmap to meet business needs and operational aspects, secure and scalable. Creating & delivering high quality features, preparing end to end high level and low-Level designs, developing individual sub systems. Drives deployment of software architecture. Analyses test results post testing. Oversees go-live and guides troubleshooting. Review and finalize implementation of design and architecture including infrastructure and deployment requirements. Create internal user stories for development, testing and deployment across multiple sub-systems like OSS-BSS, IT Applications Establish technology standards, cloud native architecture, SaaS based model for applications development, lead software quality assurance by reviewing process compliances, identifying pain points, and driving improvement initiatives. Facilitating creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogs The role may be leading a team of software developers. Desired Skill sets OVERALL: Demonstrated experience and understanding in software solutions requirement analysis, creating roadmap, design, and software & platform architecture, cloud environment, business concepts and processes. Hands on experience in debugging complex issues. Extensive experience in software and application lifecycle Management Industry domain knowledge of key technology and industry trends Experience in working with Agile methodology. TECHNICAL SKILLS : Working experience of 2G, 3G, 4GLTE technologies 5G Core and interconnect Eco systems. Expert knowledge of Signalling Network Nodes (SMSC, API, HSS, OCS). Expert knowledge of signalling protocols SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, SIP, DNS, SMPP Must have experience in deployment of SMSC, RCS, IMS and MMS on BareMetal. Cloud technology. Must have very good knowledges of Voice and Mobile technologies and knowledge on IP, CCNA, AWS certification would be preferred. Need working experience on Linux/Unix, Scripting, Database, Restful APIs, Cloud services. Relevant certification will be preferred. Understanding of the MVNE and MVNO services with customer interactions skills. Sound knowledge on number portability. Good Experience in handling various function such as Capacity Management, Service Engineering, Platform & System engineering on telco Working knowledge on various software development langues / tools / technologies such as Mongo dB, REDIS, SQL, JVM, Java, Java Script Real time experience in NMS, KPI Tools for integration of live systems Real time experience in ELK Pipeline Management and Devops integration Design Patterns, Best Practices in Software Design / Architecture FUNCTIONAL SKILLS : Expert knowledge of Signalling Network Nodes (SMSC, STP, RCS and MMS). Experience in DATA,Voice and SMS Charging nodes. Expert knowledge of signalling protocols S S7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, SIP.SMPP, DNS, GTP Good understanding of the Linux/Unix, Scripting and Cloud based services (AWS Certification). BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS: Good communication skills Customer focus Good interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure. Understanding business requirement Big picture orientation Work Experience : 15+ years of experience in Telecom as Engineering, Product Development and Product / System engineering teams,
