Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire properties across India as per the companys requirements.
- Coordinate with landlords regarding lease agreements and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams for administrative tasks and property sourcing-related activities.
- Ensure landlords deliver the agreed-upon services.
- Finalize properties based on the shared demand sheet.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the legal team for reconciliation.
- Facilitate site visits with potential clients and the internal Key Account Management (KAM) team to support deal closure.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive property database for locations across India.
- Ensure proper branding for branches.
- Manage relationships with channel partners and brokers across India.
- Negotiate rents in alignment with current market rates and specific micro-market conditions.
