We are hiring Channel Sales Manager / Deputy Manager / Agency Manager in TOP insurance co.

Job Description: Agency Manager

The Agency Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales, and development of the agency to meet organizational goals. The role includes managing a team of agents or advisors, driving sales growth, developing business strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Criteria for CSM / DM / AM :

Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
Interested & Experienced in sales.
Ability to communicate with people.
Experience : Minimum 1 year
CTC will be negotiable depends on interview performance.
