Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Vellore. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and promoting our cybersecurity training and certification programs. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Engage with potential clients, provide exceptional customer service, and build lasting relationships. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Design and deliver impactful training sessions to promote Tutelrs offerings. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends to align marketing strategies with current demands. QualificationsEssential Skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proven expertise in sales and sales management. Strong training and presentation skills. Proficiency in designing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and customer behavior. Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills. Languages Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (Telugu proficiency is optional but preferred). Educational Background Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Experience Hands-on experience in the education or cybersecurity sector. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems.,
