- Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team at Five-Star Business Finance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GST and Direct Taxation, and will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations and supporting the finance team in various accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: GST & Direct Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance to various applicable monthly and annual returns. Handle GST and Direct tax audits and assessments. Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations. Accounting and Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records. Other Duties: Support the finance team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 0-2 years of experience. Strong knowledge of GST and Direct Taxation. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
