We are looking for an experienced engineering leader who will work closely with SurveyMonkeys domain experts and business owners in establishing delivery models that will sustain these matured products moving forward. You will report to the VP of Engineering. What Youll Be Working On Build engineering organization consisting of Software engineers, Cloud engineers, DevOps engineers, etc. Lead the ownership transition of these products from North America based teams to India. Establish standard operating procedures and performance metrics in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders. Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring that these products meet high performance standards and remain maintainable and compliant. Ensure SurveyMonkey customers retain the highest level of product satisfaction. Represent Engineering for your products in all cross-functional team discussions. Be the point of escalation for any customer issues, take ownership and demonstrate accountability towards established service level objectives (SLOs). Wed love to hear from people with 8+ years of management experience in building and leading highly performant and diverse technical teams focused on maintaining and operationalizing scalable products in cloud environments. 15+ years of hands-on experience in architecting, designing, developing and maintaining internet scale SaaS products. Experience in SaaS products operations with a focus on product availability, application health monitoring, and incident response. Knowledge of Cloud technologies, Relational database, DevOps pipelines, networking and security technologies, etc. Experience in leading through line managers while demonstrating high degree of ownership and accountability This opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Bengaluru minimum 3 days per week.
