Insurance

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Reminders: Contact Maruti car owners to remind them of upcoming insurance renewal dates and the importance of timely renewals.
• Customer Education: Provide customers with detailed information about their insurance policies, coverage options, and any changes in terms.
• Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in renewing their insurance and answer any questions they may have regarding the process.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, insurance statuses, and renewal dates in the CRM system.
• Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm renewals and gather feedback on customer experiences.
• Promotional Activities: Inform customers about special offers or discounts available for insurance renewals.

 

 work location - Karmanghat Hyderabad 

Fresher salary - 15K Gross 

Working - 6 days in a week 

Experience salary max 20K Gross depend on last salary.
