ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1. Recruiting and building high performing distribution network of Part Time employees who will be called As Financial Consultants.

2. Training, motivating and driving these Financial Consultants to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them. 3. Ensuring quality of business and persistency. 4. Meeting prospective customers with Financial Consultant to sell insurance solutions. 5. Providing pre and post sales services support. 6. Making the Financial Consultant & Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.
