If you have a passion for Indian cuisine, a love for tandoori flavors, and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this opportunity is for you! Key Responsibilities Prepare Tandoori Dishes: Assist in crafting naan, kebabs, tikkas, and other tandoori specialties following recipes and standards. Manage the Tandoor Oven: Operate and maintain the tandoor, ensuring perfect temperatures and cleanliness. Ingredient Prep: Prepare marinades, spice blends, and fresh ingredients for flavorful dishes. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency. Collaborate with the Team: Support senior chefs and contribute to smooth kitchen operations. Maintain Cleanliness: Adhere to hygiene and food safety practices in the tandoor area. Inventory Assistance: Monitor stock levels and report shortages or equipment issues. What Were Looking For Experience: Previous tandoor kitchen experience preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided for eager learners! Tandoor Knowledge: Basic understanding of tandoor techniques and equipment is a plus. Skills: Attention to detail, strong teamwork, and the ability to perform in a high-energy environment. Physical Stamina: Comfortable standing for long hours and working in a busy kitchen. Food Safety: Awareness of food hygiene standards. Education: Culinary degree/certificate preferred but not required. A passion for Indian cuisine and a drive to grow in tandoor cooking is essential!
