Job Description: Engineering Design Trainer Location: Bhopal We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAE Trainer who possesses deep knowledge of Design & Simulation Software (SolidWorks will be preferred ) and can effectively develop training content, including PowerPoint presentations and other materials. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills. The role involves conducting training sessions & Seminars for professionals in industries & Engineering Colleges. Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive training content for CAD & Creo SolidWorks software, including PowerPoint presentations, hands-on exercises, and other educational materials. Conduct training sessions for professionals within industries, college students, and at seminars, ensuring engaging and effective delivery of material. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences. Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on guidance to enhance learning outcomes. Assess participant progress and adjust training methods as necessary to ensure understanding. Stay updated with the latest developments and features in software to provide up-to-date training. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (Post Graduate will be preferred). Proficiency in CAD & CAE software with a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience. Proven experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Software Knowledge : CAD & Creo and SolidWorks certifications (CSWA, CSWP) preferred. Experience in conducting training sessions within industries, educational institutions, or seminars is highly desirable. Ability to travel occasionally for conducting training sessions, as required.
