  • Creating customer satisfaction and delight by solving product related queries to ensure best possible usage of advertisement inventory.
  • Ensuring optimal results and delivery commitments by keeping a track of paid digital campaign at 99acres.com.
  • Ensure internal coordination with different stakeholders and teams including sales, design , product and operations for effective deliveries.
  • Real time reporting on various database tools and softwares including Sales CRM , data sheets and general MS tools.
  • Provides prompt and efficient service to clients including the appropriate escalation of any issues.
  • Respond to inbound customer queries over the phone or e-mail by escalating service bugs.
  • Provide phone support or troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
