Job Description

Title: Implementation Executive

• Monitoring the Implementation Plan
  • Tracking the deployment work of multiple locations
  • Tracking the user training programme at different locations
  • Understanding / Self training on the Applications
  • Conduct User Trainings at various levels
  • Driving application usage of the deployed application in support from team
  • Client Communications and management Incoming & Outgoing
  • Manage Customer relations

 

• Regular Onsite meeting
  • Meeting with the client user, head of institution on regular basis
  • Handling grievance
  • Weekly meeting with head of institution

 

• Handling the product concerns
  • Technical & Process level: Understanding & Analysis of concern
  • User level: clearly identifying the type of problem and solving the same

 

• Billing
  • Tracking of every equipment being deployed at clients end and having a commercial value
  • Coordination with Accounts department for billing for Services/Out of pocket expenses
  • Collection of payments within the defined period

 

 

• Reporting to the Department head
  • Status report of activities at different locations viz-a-vis the Implementation plan
  • Status of the product concerns
  • Status on the client users level of acceptance
  • Status on the team members (level of motivation other concerns)

 

• Explore Business Development opportunities
  • Managing clients for taking more references for business development
  • Product presentations and demos aligned with Product Head

Sales Support as required in terms of in product presentations and demos
