Job Summary: This position is responsible for heading complete growth of Branches across the Region for
their GL Growth, Operations, Compliance, P&L Management, Credit & Loan Administration,
Recovery, NPA Management and Customer Service as well as leads the business
development operations.
Job
Responsibilities:
* Overall responsible for the Region operations including Sales, Customer handling, Team
Management, Business Development, Cost Management and Revenue Generation of all
the Branches under the Region.
* Cascade the targets received at Regional level to Branches.
* Responsible for Customer Service and Compliance for the entire region.
* Liasioning with top HNI clients.
* Leading the team of Branch Managers and Managers at Regional office to ensure
optimum productivity.
* Overseeing entire Retail Liability, Asset and Revenue Business including third party
products.
* Meet sales & marketing financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling
expenditures and initiating corrective actions.
* Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting & developing annual sales,
projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing / new products, analyzing trends
& results, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
* Facilitate customer oriented operations ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving
delivery & service quality norms.
* Ensure all the mandatory RBI guidelines/practices are followed by Branches and Regional
