Position : Branch Manager Department : Sales


Job Description :-


Manage the Sales/Collection operations at the assigned Branch
Build relationship with EV OEM(s) and dealership in the assigned area
Ensure sales and collection performance targets are met
Hire and train team members
Prepare Daily performance report/MIS
Take regular feedback for customer satisfaction
Key Requirements :-
Must have Own vehicle and DL
Age below 35 years
Min Education- 12th Pass
Team Management and Branch Sales/Collection Operations
Experience - Vehicle Finance (NBFC/ Bank) preferred.
Past experience of managing a team of 3-5 people.

Minimum 5 years of sales (retail finance) experience in the banking or non-banking
financial sector (Bank/NBFC).
Proven track record of successfully managing & leading teams of more than 20+ people
at various levels.
Strong leadership skills to build , monitor and track the teams performance.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with key
stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute growth plans to achieve ambitious
targets.
Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address sales-related challenges and
drive results.
