  Qualification: Graduation is Mandatory

  CTC: 3.20 LPA to 5.25  LPA

  Age: 24 to 38 Years

  Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years (Sales Experienced Preffered)

  Location: Mandsaur,Shivpuri, Bhopal,Sehore, Vidisha, Shajapur, Narsinghpur, Seoni,Singrauli, Shahdol, Satna, Balaghat,Khandwa,Jabalpur

  Role & Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting and building a high performing distribution network of part time employees (PTE) who will be called Financial Consultants (FC).
  • Training, motivating and driving these FCs to recruit Advisors (agents) and sell insurance through them.
  • Ensuring quality to business and welfare and persistency.
  • Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions.
  • Providing pre and post sales service support.
  • Making the FCs & Advisors to use latest digital platforms and are engaged well towards productivity.

  • Experience: Sales Experience 1 to 2+ years
