We are seeking a skilled Branch Sales Manager for our Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP) division at  Sanpada, (Navi Mumbai). The candidate will manage a team, drive sales, and ensure the successful growth of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of sales executives, setting targets and ensuring they meet performance goals.

Drive sales of affordable LAP products, developing business through various channels.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the credit and operations teams for smooth approval and disbursement processes.

Analyze the local market to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Ensure branch operations comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

 Team Handling

Doing the business of Affordable Loan Against Property (LAP)

Sourcing through Builder, Connector, DSA, and Open Market
