Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position
in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
2. Work on leads provided && generate new leads.
3. Work on proposals and close sales.
4. Understand the client's business and suggest how Lazzaro can help the client's
business.
5. Talking to senior HR professionals and CEOs of companies.
6. Work on proposal making and profile discussion with clients.
7. Work on business analysis.
8. Work on market mapping.
9. Work with a consultative approach.
Requirements:
1. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales && be disciplined.
2. Bachelors or masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions,
advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
3. At least 0-3 years of industry sales experience and management experience.
4. Strategic leadership ability.
5. Excellent written and verbal business communication skills.
6. Should have experience or understanding of Corporate Sales.
7. Should have interest in HR Solutions.
8. Understanding of Sales Cycle.
