Job Description
- Advanced knowledge in principles of HVAC System Operation & Maintenance, Chiller Mechanical and Control, BMS, Air Handling Units, Compact Air handling Unit, Package unit, Secondary Pumps, Primary Pumps, Exhaust Fan, Fume hood Exhaust etc.
- HVAC Engineering design, drawing generations
- HVAC duct layout, Schematics, Piping Layout, power layout generation
- BOQ preparations, equipment selection, co-ordination and site execution support
- Engineering documentation.
- Troubleshooting and taking Corrective action, assigning responsibilities to the team and complete on time.
- Condition assessment of all HVAC units, Life Cycle Analysis, Submit reports to Site Manager.
- Responsible for the new Installation of Air-conditioning System in the site.
- Responsible for all HVAC Maintenance and Operation activities in the work site.
- Ensure Supervisor and Technicians carried out safe work activities in work site.
- Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.
- Monitor costs and Quality to ensure they meet the objectives and targets set by superior.
- Ensure all team members are following the company safety standards.
