    Urgent Opening for HR OPERATIONS & CLIENT COORDINATION.!!!

     

    JD of Hr Operation & Client co-ordinator : This is a crucial role which is a bridge between the client, team and the management.
    We are looking out for someone who is smart , active, enthusiastic and uses her / his charm to get the work done .

    Coordinate with the clients and the internal team.
    Maintain cordial relationships with all the clients at all times and take new positions.
    Maintain excel on daily basis on the positions received from the client
    Assign the positions to all the team members on the basis of the priority with the help of the management
    To screen and filter the cvs for the before sending them to clients .
    Responsible for taking feedback on day-today from the clients regularly and helping to close positions asap by talking & writing emails.
    Maintaining data of all the cvs shared with the clients in excel everyday.
    Updating the trackers after receiving feedback from the clients
    Communicate the feedback to the the recruiters and ensure next time same mistake does not get repeated
    Communicate the critical communication to management received from the client.
    To download the data from the attendance machine and process attendance monthly
    To track the closers done by each recruiter and help in making invoices.
    Send the invoices to the client , maintain a tracker and follow ups for the payment
    To check and verify the amount received from the clients as per the invoice sent to the client
    LinkedIn posting to be done and screening the cvs and sent to the recruitment team.
    In case need arises , open to do hiring for an internal team .
    Communication on holiday : to respond to calls of clients / at least communicate thru email / whats up in case not able to pick up calls
    List down all the closures and ensure they resign in next two days and provide proof of acceptance . Just ensure this is done as per guidelines. Bring to notice of mgmt immediately in case there are gaps / challenges .
    Maintain the excel on the desktop with name closures 25-26
    You are expected to maintain confidentiality at all times . This is a non-negotiable term.

    Benefits
    Job timing - 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (No late sitting)
    2nd, 4th & 5th Saturday off
