Job Description

The role involves to co-manage campus wide spread IT infrastructure in Pune and work on various IT technologies. Participate in New project deployments, ensure IT compliances on various fronts and more. Role Description & Responsibilities Assist and co-manage R&D and Services IT Support Participate in local and global IT projects ensuring timely delivery Ensure resolution of IT requests in timely manner Manage IT asset lifecycle- from procurement to disposal Work closely with contractor IT team and provide L2 support Manage escalated issues Keep regular interactions with the leadership team to seek feedback and perform action Regular check and act to ensure all windows workstations are patched Regular check and act to ensure end user data is backed up using defined solutions Actively participate in all IT compliance related activities Ensure seamless shifting of teams within offices with appropriate documentation Perform daily checks of IT infrastructure to ensure proactive resolution Coordination with IT Vendors for IT infrastructure support Maintain all relevant IT documentation on day to day basis Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience IT infrastructure support Professional certification such as MCSA, CCNA Customer service oriented with good problem solving attitude Decent written and verbal communication skills.
