Customer service: Greet guests, answer questions, and address complaints
Menu knowledge: Understand the menu, explain dishes, and make recommendations
Service: Set up the service area, serve food and drinks, and present the bill
Inventory: Plan and control supplies, and ensure minimum waste
Staff management: Assign tasks, ensure staff meet standards, and lead by example
Cleanliness: Ensure the service area is clean and free from dust
Upselling: Use upselling techniques to increase revenue
