Job Title: Brand Manager

Experience: 10 to 12 years
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute brand strategies to enhance brand presence.
Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital).
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and creative teams.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Oversee product positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Monitor and evaluate brand performance, driving growth and meeting targets.
Requirements:
10 to 12 years of brand management experience, preferably in personal care or OTC products.
Strong experience in ATL, BTL, and digital marketing.
Expertise in market research and branding strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
